From the last 5 years, his researches focus on the area of lean product development (particularly on set-based design), knowledge management, and serious game development to support product development organizations. He received his PhD and M.Sc. in Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. He was\u00a0involved in European funded projects such as\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.leanppd.polimi.it\" target=\"_blank\">LeanPPD<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.linkeddesign.eu\" target=\"_blank\">LinkedDesign<\/a>. He has published and presented more than 15 research papers in several international journals and conferences. He is deepening his\u00a0experiences in offering training and implementation of set-based design thinking and associated process changes in industries such as defense, security, electrical systems, HVAC\/R (heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration), aerospace, and transportation industries.
